TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Once a care home administrator successfully claims a care home, the $1,000 credit can be requested immediately. The credit can be applied to two single listings or two listings at the same time if there are mulitple room types available in a single care home or an administrator operates multiple care homes.
- All room-available listings can remain on Care Home Central until a security deposit has been received by the care home administrator. Once a deposit is received, it is the responsibility of the care home administrator to downgrade the listing back to a standard listing on the care home admin page within 24 hours.
If users report that rooms being advertised as available are not available when they contact the care home administrator, Care Home Central will issue one warning to the care home administrator for failing to update a room-available listing. After the first warning, Care Home Central may, at its sole discretion, deactivate the care home administrator's account. It is our goal to provide the best experience for both care home administrators and seniors searching for care homes with rooms available. In order to maximize the effectiveness of our search engine, it is important for our information to be up-to-date. - To claim the 100% guarantee, care home administrators will only need to provide Care Home Central with paperwork showing the contract start and end date.
